SANParks urgently addressing trail closure issues after public outcry
SANParks has reacted with urgency after a public outcry over the disrepair and closure of its world-class Alexandria Trail in the Addo Elephant National Park. The organisation confirmed on Saturday the trail had been closed in December due to "maintenance challenges" and said because operational staff did not report the situation to senior management, there was no intervention to remedy the situation.
